Pineapple Villas now has an office that is
staffed each day. We welcome anyone to come by and see
our models and the completion of phase one. We have
sold 57 units and have 15 left. I am proud to say a
lot of our owners are from local families on the Island.
We feel our luxury affordable condo's are the best value
on the Island. We have the quality you find only in
half million dollar and up condo's for less than half
that price. Our price includes mahogany cabinetry and
doors,granite tops,GE appliances,high efficiency central
a/c, filter water systems, high speed Internet, International
and local phone system, and most important beautiful
ocean views.
We also have thirteen two bedroom and two bath condo's
for rent for a 150.00 a night. You can also rent a one
bedroom for a 60 dollars a night charge.
Our project is right on schedule and all three phases
should be completed by next year at this time. We are
hoping to have our Spa, Restaurant, workout center and
bar completed by next year at this time. The spa will
be comparable to any 5 star resort in the world today.
The restaurant will be Pineapple Grill and serve US
steaks that you will find at the best steak houses in
the world. The workout area will be the largest and
finest on the Island. The bar will be on the third floor
with great views and will be equipped with the best
TV's and sports programs.
We will have 5 beautiful waterfalls pools, 4 elevators,
landscape lagoon with a walking track around it, movie
theater, back up generators,24 hour security, and shuttle
service to the beaches and attractions. We will have
all the amenities of a five star resort.
